Refund Policy for Digital Products and Software

All PathToCert, LLC products, including software applications, certification roadmaps, templates, downloads, and digital tools, are digital products and are delivered electronically.

Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Exceptions

Refunds may be issued only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate purchase

  • Billing error

  • Technical issue that prevents access to the product and cannot be resolved

  • Accidental multiple charges

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems accessing or using the software, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible before issuing any refund.

Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed after purchase and access has been granted, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your account

  • Revoke software access

  • Deny future purchases
