By purchasing, accessing, or using any software, roadmap, or services provided by PathToCert, LLC (“PathToCert”, “we”, “our”), you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Software License
All PathToCert products are licensed, not sold.
Your purchase grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software for your internal personal or business use only.
You may not:

Copy, distribute, or reproduce the software or content

Reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to extract source code

Use the software for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Violation of these terms may result in termination of access without refund.
2. Payments
All payments are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing.
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
Future updates, new modules, or additional features may require additional purchase.
3. No Guarantee of Certification or Compliance
PathToCert provides guidance tools, templates, tracking systems, documentation assistance, and business management software.
PathToCert does not guarantee certification, audit results, compliance status, cybersecurity posture, or business outcomes.
Certification and compliance results depend on implementation, auditors, organizational practices, and external factors outside our control.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PathToCert, LLC shall not be liable for any damages including but not limited to:

Loss of business

Loss of data

Loss of profits

Audit failures

Certification denial

Security incidents

Business interruption

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Use of the software is at your own risk.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, abuse the platform, or attempt to misuse the software.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our software products and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable, unless required by law or in cases of duplicate billing or technical failure preventing access.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
